Cant activate sim

Got new sky mobile sim,cant activate as it keeps coming up with already linked account.dont know what to do .thank you

Try using this link with the correct account deatils so the account you used to place the sim order:

 

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/mobile/activate-sim/1/with-code


If you can't activate the sim due to this error you will have to find away to contact Sky so they can activate it for you, there are links to their social media sites at the bottom of the page  if you do not have access to another phone.
