Cant activate replacement sim as dont have old phone or recovery code

All of my devices are being used on police case 

GOT replacement sim but cant activate as dont have recovery code can they email two step vverification

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@BILLHOOD 

If you didn't make a note of the recovery code for you account then you will have to speak to Sky to ask them to turn this off for you. It can and probably will take a few days to be done once you get to someone who knows how to do it.
