I tried converting from a physical SIM to an E SIM as I was having issues saying my phone couldnt detect my sim, but now its asking me to scan a QR code with my old phone as if ive got a new one, which I dont, to activate the sim. So now its waiting for me to activate it and I have no signal. How do I get this sorted?
I did, but I dont have a 2nd device to scan it with and only just learned how to input it manually, which I tried, but it tells me its invalid or used due to it being sent tuesday so it'll be out of date now. I cant requeast a new one as they have to send me a security code, which wont come through to due to signal. So im stuck.
