Cannot sign new credit agreement

Hello, I've have just ordered a new phone and need to sign the credit agreement, however I seem unable to do this as the link just takes me to phones page. There are no documents/messages for me to view and sign. Can you please advise? Thank you

Or do you see an "account already linked"  message ?
