Cannot pay bill

Attempting to pay bill on laptop & mobile app but keep receiving "There was a problem loading your bill please try again later"

 

Bill is due today & needs to be paid

Hi @casey17591428  if you can't do it through the app or online then call on 150 and they will take it.

In addition, you should have a direct debit or continuous card payment set up as per the T's and C's you agreed to which will mean manual payments aren't necessary.
