I'm unable to pay my bill as I cannot link my sky mobile account to my sky id , it asks for the last 6 digits off my bank account number but when I put these in it says doesn't match the info on record I have tried to call sky but cannot get through to speak too someone and keeps telling me to follow the instructions on the website

When you placed your order you should have provided Sky with some payment details so it should be via this that Sky takes the payment from you when it is due so you do not and should not need to make any manual payments uf Sky has these payment details.
For help with the linking issue I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.

Yes I did give them details for the direct debit to go out my account but they have not tried to take a payment nothing is showing on my bank account and when linking sky id it says incorrect details for my bank account so I don't know who's details they have added to my account but not the ones I've provided

I don't know as no payments have been attempted to be taken payment was due last month I phoned on Monday and paid last month they had no bank details to take last month payment I updated them but payment has not been taken again and still won't accept my bank account number o gave them on Monday to link sky id
