Cannot order replacement E-SIM (To confirm your request, we'll text a security code)

Hi,

 

I'm trying to order a replacement ESIM but can't as its asking for a verification code be sent to the number that i'm trying to replace and don't have access to. 

 

I don't currently have another phone to call sky & i cant find the live chat option for the life of me, how do i get passed this?
