Cannot make or receive calls.

I cannot send texts either. I've been having this issue for 5 days. Contacted Sky, no help, said it was due to too many people using the network at the same time!

I am also having same issue. Cannot ring out or receive calls- so no other way of contacting sky. I have a baby so really need service on my phone!

Thank you Daniel, my only option after following all of the advice is to call sky but I don't have another phone to do that on.

No I'm the same my phone is absolutely useless out of the house

They asked me to do a hard rest on my iPhone, I did but now locked out completely as couldn't complete their verification due to having no service. Day 2 of having no service and now no device either!

Have you tried a network reset?

Android: Settings app, go to "System," select "Reset options," and then choose "Reset network settings." This will remove saved Wi-Fi networks, Bluetooth connections, and cellular settings, reverting them to their default state.

For iPhone: Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This will remove all saved Wi-Fi networks and passwords, as well as cellular settings, but won't delete your personal data.
