Cannot make or receive calls for over a week

Switched to sky mobile about two months ago , 3 phones,transferred old number, and working fine. Cannot make or receive calls for the past week anywhere.. Sky report mast issue around ST5 location but my wife can make some calls swapping to business function instead of primary, my daughter several miles away can connect with personal numbers not business (local take away etc.) and I have no call connection at all. No WiFi connection outside of home or other buildings. 
is this purely a mast issue?

any help greatly appreciated.

From what you have said it does appear to be a mast issue so keep checking for updates:

i'm having similar issues,but just learned that sky as from may 2026 are using o2 not vodaphone,they have said nothing about this change,would probably need to configure sim or send out replacements

Hi @Teza3  sky have always O2 in the UK and they use Vodafone in ROI I believe.
