Hi - I also have this problem - linking a sim to my existing account and receive the error " Whoops, there's been an error".

And I need to change my payment method - but I'm unable to as I can't login - worried that the no. will be cancelled.

 

 I had 2 separate accounts using one email address (but one sim not linked). Called Sky and was told that I would need to transfer the sim to Vodafone ?!! get the pac no and transfer it back to link it to my main account -  which seems ridiculous. Then the support rep said that having the same email was the issue and changed the email address but I still cannot gain access or link it to my main account.

 

Would love some help please.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

@caesarome I've just realised that I've raised this with a different email address to my actual paid Sky account - should I login under my other email and reraise the issue?
