I've been trying to link our Sky mobile accounts with Sky ID but nothing is showing up. When I try to link the 2 I get a message saying they're already linked. I tried calling Sky but got cut off after waiting for 30 minutes. Both accounts were in my wife's name. I'm wondering if transfering them to my name has caused the hiccup.

I've since managed to speak with a Sky rep who helped me solve the issue. The mobile account still had the old email address linked to it. Thanks for your help.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
