Cannot activate network

I switched to SkyMobile on a eSim 2 days ago and I cannot activate my network. I have ,no SIM reading on the top of my screen, and no internet despite receiveing all the emails from Sky telling me I was good to go. I have tried repeatedly to fix the problem myself but I do not know how and I am at my wits end as I am missing work calls and relying totally on my home wifi network. I have installed eSIMs before but have never had this much trouble with them. Can anyone advise? I have an iPhone 12

Hi there, no I went for the eSim option which was obviously a big mistake! I have installed them before and usually managed but this is 3 days later and it will not activate my network.

Thanks you. I think it is more an issue on my iPhone side but I cannot figure it our regardless. Thanks for escalating it.
