Cannot activate my slm

Received my new Sim from Sky as moving to Sky for 3. Put SIM in mobile, cannot activate. Keeps saying error try again later !

Started new Sim only cobtract, Sim will not activate. Message says error, try again, have been trying, but nothing happening

Do you have another phone if so give Sky a call.
