Cannot activate eSim

Just transferred from O2 to Sky but cannot activate the eSim. Apparently, I am not the only one and Sky are investigating. Had to accept a physical Sim card which will arrive in 3-5 days. Complete pain.

Hi, I got a new phone yesterday 16e and the sim will not activate, called Sky who offered a eSIM which would be available to activate in 4 hours that was 18 hours ago. I try to run through the activation process but it will not allow me to select the eSIM activation button, please help

I called Sky yesterday to say my sim wasn't working and they would send me a new one for my new phone which I got yesterday. I said I need connected now as it's a business phone, they said they would send me a eSIM. 

I still cannot activate the eSIM as it shall not let me pick the eSIM activate button on their website page. I'm losing money by the hour because of this!!
