Cannot activate eSIM now left with no mobile service

Hi there, got new iPhone pro max 16 today and rang sky to set up an eSIM. Was going through the process when my old iPhone XR with physical sim was cut off, now neither phones have mobile service so cannot even ring sky for help, I am waiting on some very important phone calls and am freaking out here, can anyone please help ? Thank you

Hi - have you been able to resolve this?  I'm in the same situtation eSim will not activate on new iphone 16.  the network can gone from my old [hone but not converted over to my new one - so i have no service - help!!

Hi there, yes I went into a phone shop and they scanned the QR code and activated no problem for me. I really don't know how they did it as I had previously scanned the code myself and it wouldn't work for me, hope you get yours sorted too.

Mines doing this too but we don't have any sky stores near me and I can't seem to get the qr code?? I just have the email with the code at the top and a link to click which doesn't work
