Cannot activate a replacement esim in Mysky

I have several lines and while roaming in the US only 3 phones are roaming properly while the 4th is only showing SOS. A representative tried helping for a while but could not get it working so sent me a replacement esim that was meant to fix it. I have been unable to activate the esim. I get an error every time I try in my sky. Does anyone have advice or have you been able to get past the error messages. Thanks

Hi @IanC9609  I always thought you had to be in the UK when activating sky mobile sims.
