Cannot access my billing data or Piggybank

Ever since I joined Sky Mobile U have been unable to access my billing data, Piggybsnk etc. I have linked my account but the App keeps asking me to link. If I do so it doesn't recognise the format of my postcode and I can't proceed further.

 Any thoughts from fellow sufferers? Needless to say I get no response from Sky....
