Cannot Link SkyID mobile

I have been sent an eSIM and was instructed to get to my sky ID to activate it. The page I have been directed has no information and I cannot see any orders.

 

Spoke to a person via phone to get this sorted and they told me has to do with SkyID linking. However, trying to link the SkyID is not working as I always get a "wrong post code format" over the page and annoy move forward. I am in RoI and the format the site requests is a GB format.

 

I have ensured I'm over the ROI site but nothing can be done. I'm fully stuck on this with no chance to activate my eSIM.

Hi,

 

I didn't reply as I managed to solve it myself.

 

Logging in through the app and stating I am a Sky customer for broadband (which I'm not) solved the link issue.
