Hi - I have had a an Ipad via Sky for well ove ra year now and a direct debit payment is being taken every month by Sky but I cant find the details of the account on any of my Sky accounts. I just want to know how long I have left on the agreement and maybe change the payment method. Its not to do with linking the ID and I cant get through to the Sky Customer Service team on the telphone so hoping it might get picked up here.

Find out moreIf it isn't showing on the account then this might suggest that you are using the wrong login details so can you be sure you are using the same account that you used when ordering it, if you are then you will need to call Sky so they can look into what details you need to be using.
