Cannot Cancel line on contract
Hi,
Background : 4 months ago, My son who has one of the lines on my contract decided to get an EE contract of his own. We requested the pac code from sky but he decided that he would change his number and keep the new EE number. Life stuff happened and never got around to removing the line until recently. Line is also out of contract.
Current Issue : Got in touch with sky (initiall via chat ) and went through the removal process but hit the road block of "pac code has been issued, contact new provider". Advised that pac codes only last 30 days and has long since expired. Had to be escalated to the "team" and to contact in 48 hours. Did that via chat again and had the same deal.. Contact in 48 hours.
Called this time, spoke to someone, had to be escalated and I would be called back in 48 hours this time... Guess what? No call...
What have I got to do to remove this line from my account?

Hi @daibill
To try and get you some help I have escalated your post to the Sky Community Messaging Team.
Look out for a post on this thread from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a coloured speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.
