Cancelling sky

I would like to cancel my sky mobile phone contract

You can cancel the sim if you have had it for more than 12 months by calling Sky on 150 but doing so will mean the number will be cancelled and therefore lost so can't be transferred elsewhere.

It is unlikely you would be able to cancel the phone as you signed a credit agreement that states that you agreed to make monthly payments over the course of the contract, you could call Sky on 150 to see what they say but I should imagine there is a good chance they will not let you cancel.

@faye10  I'm afraid if you mean the device you can't cancel the agreement as you're outside the 31 day cool off and you still need to make payments on your loan agreement for the remainder of the term.

 

If you mean the sim  the minimum term is 12 months so you'll need to see out the minimum term.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you've had the sim for less than 12 months you can't cancel it. The only time Sky would consider this is if you're receiving threats on that number which you've reported to the police. Sky will probably want the relevant crime number for Malicious Communication or Threats to Kill.
