It isn't possible to transfer numbers between two Sky sims even if they are on different accounts so the work around would be to move them to a PAYG network then back to their accounts.
To do this they would need to order and activate a Sky sim.
You would need to move the numbers using a pac code to a PAYG network then get another pac from the PAYG network to move them to their sims.
