Calls disconnecting
We have two sky mobiles and when ever our local medical centre calls us the calls just disconnect. We can call them with no issues. They have contacted there tech team who with out any knowledge of us immediately asked if we where with Sky. Can anyone through any light on this as Ai doesn't seem to understand

To get past the AI you need to say nothing when it asks you any questions about why you are calling and remain on the line until it goes through to someone.
