Cancelling a sim

Hi, 

 

I have tried calling Sky and I've been passed around person to person them put on hold for ages so I hung up. All I wanted was for them to cancel a number that I do not use anymore on the account and I still pay for it monthly.

 

i have tried going on WhatsApp to speak to them but it said there are no assistants available. What do I do now?

Presumably you are the account holder so you can only cancel the sim if you've had it 12 months or longer. You'll need to call Sky to cancel it. You can't cancel it here or online. Dial 150 from your Sky mobile.

I thought that was the answer, I'll just keep trying Sky later on today as they are so busy, yes I am the account holder and I've had the sim for nearly 2 years now so I can cancel it.
