Cancelled order

Hi I ordered a prepay iPhone 16 and paid €130 upfront for same and I got an email saying it is going to be cancelled. I'm just wondering when I will get a refund of the money I paid.

Isially or should be refunded within 2-3 weeks but if you want to speed this up then give Sky Ireland a call.
