Cancelled SIM, still being billed

Hi

 

One of the SIMs my account was out of contract and as it was for my son who turned 18 he wanted to get his own contract. We cancelled the SIM, requested a PAC code and moved the number to his new provider but I am still being charged for his package. Any idea why?

Are future bills showing it?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Did you actually cancel it or just use the pac to move it to another provider as you can't have done both ?

 

Either way as you are still being billed for it you will have to call Sky about this.
