Canceling my sky contract

I'm thinking of leaving sky. What is the process and when will I get billed? My bill isn't due till the fifth of next month what does that mean that I will get charged for the cancellation fee on that day. I know contact rule are different for each network so I'm wanting to know what the next step is

You have to give 31 days notice to cancel.

You mention 'cancellation fee' - are you under contract (usually 12 months) where you will incur early termination charges?

All the detail is in the contract, particulary 8.18 Sky Mobile

Re: Canceling my sky contract

Thanks for letting me know I knew you had to give 30 days notice I thought either different networks might have different rules if that makes sense I've found a better deal with EE however I'm still deciding on if to wait till my contract ends (feb 2025) or pay £130 to cancel my contract

If the new deal saves you more than £130 then it may be worth considering.  (Sounds unlikely)

Re: Canceling my sky contract

The £130 is what I have to pay to cancel my contract. I have given a better deal. Yes a little bit more buts it's worth it
