Can anyone advise how to cancel voicemail as I don't wish to use it

Sky Mobile Voicemail can not be turned off but you can set it so people can not leave you messages:

On your phone:

Dial 759.
Press 3.
Press 5.
Press 1.

Hi @Bjpchamb look here, whilst you can't turn it off you can stop people leaving messages.

You can't turn it off completely. To prevent messages being left turn the recording function off.

On your phone Dial 759 / Press 3 / Press 5 / Press 1.
