Cancel sim
Hi I would like to cancel my daughter's Amelia sim please as she has her own account and up graded her phone along with getting a new number

You (presuming you are the account holder) can only cancel the sim if you've had it 12 months or longer. You'll need to call Sky to cancel it. You can't cancel it here or online. Dial 150 from your Sky mobile.
