Cancel phone pre order

Hi. I'm trying to cancel a phone pre order, but I'm unable to find "Visiting “Contact Us” in My Sky at sky.com and completing the online cancellation form".

 

I cannot see any online cancellation form for doing this

 

How would I go about canceling a preorder online?

Hi @Penn-  you can't cancel an order online, it has to be done on the phone.
