I ordered an IPhone 17 three almost four weeks ago, I then decided that I no longer wanted that phone and ordered the 16 plus.
No one was able to help me, I was told to refuse the 17 at the door, that the phones will not be apart of the same package.
Turnes out the phone was apart of the same package.
I contacted sky and told them, they said they would either send a return label or packaging. Whilst this is happening they end up contacting me that they cancelled my phone. They cancelled the 16 plus and not the 17.
I have just been refunded the amount I paid for the 17, and have credit on my account for the 16. The 17 is still sitting in my house, in the original packaging, untouched.
I have been trying for 3 weeks to cancel this phone and a week to send it back. I went on my account to check my upcoming bill, and my 16 isn't on my account and neither is my 17. They said they would call and update me, but for the last 2 weeks I have been the ones calling them. I just need to know it's going to get sorted out before my first bill which is the 8th next week.
help please, what should I do ?
