You can't request that is be cancelled via here so you will need to call Sky on 150 about this.

 

A few things to note, a sim can only be cancelled if you have been paying for it for 12 months or more.

 

A device on a credit agreement can only be cancelled for up to 30 days after you received it.

Hi @NI23  that can't be done here. You need to call sky on 150 to do that. Bear in mind if you are outside the 31 day cooling off period then any device must still be paid. If it's a sim and it's less than 12 months you would be liable for early termination charges.
