Cancel guarantee

I would like to cancel the guarantee that was offered to me. I no longer remember all the details, but as far as I remember, it was a free guarantee for about three months, which covered repairing or replacing devices if they were damaged. It was not only for the phone, but for other devices as well.

 

I am not sure about the exact amount or the terms, but I would like to cancel it in any case and make sure that no payments are taken now or in the future.

Do you mean device insurance through Sky Protect that's operated by Domestic and General Insurance? If so you should have had letters and/or emails from D&G with their contact details.
