Calls from Sky mobile

Recently I've had an influx of calls from David at Sky Mobile. Is there a way to actually figure out what he wants or to get him to stop calling me? I must get a call a day at least. No message left, no other form of communication. I don't want anymore products and I work in the day so don't have access to my phone. 
I've changed my preferences to remove marketing calls from sky. 
it's just harassment at this point and obviously I can't call the number back or speak to a human to figure out what on earth David wanted

@SianLambert  Are you 100% it's Sky and not scammers spoofing a number (which they can do).  Scammers will attempt to persuade you to give them personal account info in order for them to place orders for high value items on your account see oinfo here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/account-takeover
