As long as you’re still within the cooling off period (which is 31 days), you’ll need to contact Sky who will lead you through the returns process. Dial 150 for free from a Sky mobile or from a Sky landline. If you’ve had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges. Some more information is available here

Keep any subsequent proof of posting safe and indefinitely and be aware if you order again you will undergo further credit checks.

Thanks both, do you know I I can order straight away or do I have to wait?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou should be able to order straight away but I would be cautious as the thing to think about is just because you past the credit checks first time around doesn't automatically mean you will pass them this time although hopefully you will.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @fishter01 just to add a note of warning as others have said, multiple credit checks in quick succession from a mobile phone company can cause credit rating issues and you could fail the next check and be stuck with no phone. If you are going to try then I would apply for the new one before contacting sky to return the other phone, that way if you do fail you will still have a phone.
