Ordered a 17pro max on september 21st. Now its october 28th and still hasnt got the phone delivered. [removed]. Looking to cancel all sky related plans i have and go to court for this.

It shouldn't come as a surprise that there are delays. Any orders for a latest model iPhone are always likely to be delayed due to the usual supply and demand issues faced by Apple. This happens every year when a new iPhone is launched.
