Cancel Undelivered Phone Order and Remove Charges

I am extremely frustrated with the appalling service I have received. I ordered a new phone from Sky which never arrived. Despite making multiple calls to cancel both the order and the associated contract, the charges are still appearing on my upcoming bills.

 

Let me be absolutely clear: Sky failed to deliver the phone, therefore I will not be paying for it under any circumstances. I expect this order and contract to be cancelled immediately and all charges for the undelivered phone removed from my account without delay.

You're just telling other customers here.

 

Whilst I get your point be aware failing to pay bills may impact your credit record.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Did you receive confirmation that the phone was sent?
Was there any delivery information received via email?
Has Sky mentioned whether the phone was delivered & if so do they have the delivery photo or signature of the person accepting it?
