Can't view device contract details.
I am wanting to check how much I have left to pay on my device, but I can't find any details to confirm this. I have tried looking on both the app and my laptop, but the message centre is empty in both.
I have tried to check if I have linked my account, but I don't seem to even have any emails regarding the purchase and contract. Colour me confused!

To see what is left to pay go to your "My Payments" section here so is this link working for you:
https://www.sky.com/myaccount/mobile/device/x/payments
If not what is happening ?

Thank you for reply, the link you posted redirects me to my homepage for my SIM contract and doesn't show my device 🤔

Yeah, I tried that earlier. It says that it has already been linked, but that was going through an old email sent in 2020, I don't think it was that long ago that I ordered my device... (though that could be me forgetting haha).
I don't seem to even have the emails regarding setting up a contract in the first place, either. I just hope I haven't deleted them!
