What is your spend cap set as there is a charger for sending these.

You may need the APN setup on your device.

 

Also, MMS are chargeable so any spendcap may restrict them.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Check your spending limit as Multimedia Messages are a separate charge/not included.
