Contract runs out shortly and have been trying to upgrade my phone, however, it doesn't seem to allow me to do it without requesting a new data plan. Also, I cannot see anywhere where I am able to use my accrued credit against my new phone? Please help. Thanks.

Find out moreHi @Jimmy1938 make sure you are logged into your account, the option to trade in data (if available) should be in the same page as the phone you choose. On the next page when you choose your sim there should be an option "I don't need a plan" or similar.
