Calling ireland landlines

Hi

Can anyone advise please. I arrived in Ireland today and can call UK landlines and any mobiles but any Irish landlines I try just gives me the message ....number not recognised. I have typed the number correctly including the 00 353 and dropping the 0. And many other versions too. It even displays the business name on the screen as a smart number but I get the same message every time. I've reset. Updated. Checked all the settings. Nothing!!! Thanks

Hi @MikeC9575  check that your monthly spend cap and roaming spend caps aren't set to zero as those calls are chargeable. This is from sky roaming pages.

"You can still roam in the Republic of Ireland at no extra cost, but charges still apply to calls and texts to local (+353) and other non-UK destinations."

If someone has helped give them a thumbs up.
