Can’t seem to link Sky Tv/Broadband & Sky Mobile accounts
So I've been a Sky TV/Broadband customer for over three years. I've been a Sky Mobile customer for 2 years.
I have multiscreen on my TV account and I have Sky Go on my mobile which is signed in and I can record and download if I want to.
I wanted to try and remove some devices that are accessing my Sky account and tried to do that through the Sky Go app and when I click on manage devices it just takes me to my Sky Mobile account and shows me my data usage for all the sims linked to my Sky Mobile Account.
If I use the My Sky app, it only shows my mobile account and the bills related to my mobile plans, and it keeps asking me to consider Sky TV and Broadband deals. It thinks I don't have SkyTV and Broadband but I do.
On My Sky Q boxes, I can view my Sky TV and Broadband bills and payments but not my Sky Mobile account.
I have tried linking the accounts by following online guides etc but it just keeps taking me to a Sky Glass promotions page which is not related to linking the IDs and I don't want Sky Glass.
I'd like both accounts to be linked so I can see everything on the Sky Q box and also the My Sky app but also I'd like to be able to download the Sky Go app onto my iPad but it won't let me as it says I don't have a valid subscription but I do because I've got Sky Go on my phone and it works but want to be able to download programmes onto my iPad to watch while I'm away in 2 weeks but I just can't figure this out.
Someone needs to sort this out and ensure that when you clink on a link that it takes you to a page that's helps you link your account me not to a Sky Glass promotions page!!
