Can't seem to keep my old number

Just signed up with Sky and wanted to keep my old number from EE. Pak code entered but saying error and now it set with sky number. Need help to get my old number back

If your EE sim is still active you need to get your pac code from them then give it to Sky as per this:

Hi again .I have tried again but same issue with sky saying error. They are also saying now that it could take 1to2 days to be able to use my old number

Have you activated the Sky sim or are you yet to receive this as you can't give Sky the pac code until the Sky sim has been activated.
