Discussion topic: Can’t reply to texts from certain types of number

Hello, I can't seem to reply to certain texts, my GP surgery sends them in for whatever reason the phone blocks me from replying.. This has also happened before in a survey that was sent to me via text . Does anybody have any idea how I can fix this? Many thanks

Are these what is known as short text numbers that you are trying to reply to or is it a usual phone number ?
