Hi, transferred over from O2 to sky mobile over a week ago I can receive messages from everyone fine except for my bank of all people so I can't get online to do my online banking through the app. I've spoken to the bank and they believe it's something to do with sky as I haven't blocked their numbers so I'm not receiving any passcode to be able to logon. Please help me
