Can’t receive texts from my bank

Hi, transferred over from O2 to sky mobile over a week ago I can receive messages from everyone fine except for my bank of all people so I can't get online to do my online banking through the app. I've spoken to the bank and they believe it's something to do with sky as I haven't blocked their numbers so I'm not receiving any passcode to be able to logon. Please help me

Sky do not support all the short codes that these companies use. Give Sky a call and query this with them. Dial (free) on 150.

Hi @Kimberley44  i have seen quite a few reports of people transferring from O2 to sky and not receiving banking or similar codes. As advised call sky on 150 and see if they can help.
