Hi,
I joined sky mobile this week from EE, the port of mobile number has been successful. Sky mobile have confirmed and I even called EE and all done on their behalf too.
I cannot receive phone calls and texts from other networks (EE, vodafone etc).
Only sky mobile and O2 numbers can call and text me.
sky have said it has been referred to their network team who will investigate and fix the issue but no time frame or nothing I just need to wait for a text update.
has this happened to anyone else, what was the resolution and how long did it take ?
now means my daughters school can't call me, I can't get phone calls from job interviews etc. my husband can't call me either.
im really annoyed and just want a resolution
