Can’t receive calls from a Vodafone mobile

Can’t receive calls from a Vodafone mobile. Can someone from Sky please help as it's impossible to speak with someone on the phone or in store.

This is a customer led help forum - you'll have to persevere in contacting Sky directly.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Any ideas how to contact them directly? Very number I call directs me back to online help

150 is the free number to call Sky on from a mobile that has a Sky sim in it and when you do stay silent when asked any questions by the bot.
