Can't pay on app

I'm currently on holiday in Belgium, and the payment bounced,  I have very limited data and everything I go on the app to pay the outstanding bill , its saying restricted,  how am I supposed to pay if its restricted?

If your services have been restricted then you should be able to pay the bill and setup your direct debit via the MySky app or online here:

https://www.sky.com/manage/bill/
