I would like to pay the balance of my credit agreement for my accessory that I included with my new mobile contract - a leather case. However, when I select Manage Accessory, then Payments, followed by Make a Payment, it directs me to this url: https://www.sky.com/shop/mobile/ineligible.
It then displays the message Unfortunately we can't process your request online right now. Could anyone advise what the problem is?

I could call them on 150 but any ideas why it isn't working? It'll be far easier in app or online browser save calling up if the option actually worked as it should.
Anyone know why or when roadmap is to fix it?
I'll call 150 but wondering if anyone else also has this issue?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI don't think you will be able to find out why it isn't working as the Sky website does throw up numerous errors from time to time so calling will be the only way to do this.

Yeah it's never worked since I joined. Curious more than anything. The hassle of calling 150 now I guess. Oh well as long as it's paid I guess. Just quicker on MySky if it had worked out.
